Bio

I've lived in Central PA for my entire life. I started a more active family research process in 2008. I am actually researching my maternal and paternal ancestry as well as those of my husband's.....so when I reach a roadblock on one -I move on to another for a change of pace. My 'recent' family roots lie in Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry counties while my husband's ancestry is centered in Schuylkill county. Historically, I have traced roots back to Germany, Ireland, and Scotland. More recently I found some ancestral glimmers in England and France as well. I enjoy visiting cemeteries not only for research but for the interest, historical, and photographic opportunities as well. I am always looking to connect with others who share similar interests and especially happy when I happen upon a possible relative. Some of my family names include: Branyan, Curley, Flannery, Haas, Hoffman, Johnson, Keeley, and McLaughlin.
