Hey. I came across your memorial for Clinton O'kelley on ancestry and I actually have the same person, same names, same dates with a headstone in Peachtree Memorial Cemetery over in Norcross, GA.
Just wondering how much you know about this person, and if your memorial (or mine) is just for veteran purposes?
Here's my memorial for him (I photographed the headstone myself)...Find A Grave Memorial# 155716571
(maybe we can link our memorials together for future researchers)

Hello Catherine. Regarding memorial 54625554 buried in the Sylvestria Cemetery in Marshall County, Mississippi, We've learned that a duplicate cemetery called the Cottrell Family Cemetery has been created. We've moved our memorials to the Cottrell Family Cemetery, and plan to have the Sylvestria Cemetery deleted. Mary Henrietta is not listed in the Cottrell Family Cemetery, so yours would not be a duplicate. We will wait until your memorial is moved to Cottrell before we have the Sylvestria Cemetery deleted. Thank you.

That goes the same for Benjamin Cottrell. He is also in the Sylvestria Cemetery and the Cottrell Family Cemetery. Linda

You have Thomas in the Cottrell Family Cemetery and someone else has him in the Sylvestria Cemetery all in Marshall County, MS. Thought you would like to know so it can be investigated and fixed. Linda

Hi, I was wondering if you have discovered any further info on your Williams family? It seems odd that both yours and Richard's family are so illusive and in the same area, but Stephen is not a name repeated in Richard's family. Richard Williams is buried in Thames family cemetery near Little Rock, MS. I am not sure if that is Newton or Lauderdale county. Richard and his wife were married in Madison County, MS

Done! I managed to somehow figure out how to edit the photos, so they're a little better than original.

I have a newspaper notice of his death. It is not a good copy, but you are welcome to it. I can post it to his memorial if you like. Thanks

Hi! Yes, I have been beating my fingers out searching for answers to my husband's Williams relations from the Newton and Lauderdale County areas. My husband's ancestor is Richard Williams who married Lucinda Coats and lived in the Lauderdale and Newton County areas in the 1830's, 40's, and 50's. Actually he died in 1853(?) and is buried in the Thames or Thaymes Cemetery near Little Rock Mississippi. Most of his children and their kin as well as Lucinda went to Texas after the war. I can't find Richard's parents. My email is email@example.com if you would like to correspond. I have no idea if your Stephen is related to Richard, although they were in the same area at the same time. Thanks!
