|Bio and Links|
I caught the genealogy bug in my teens when my twin aunts were researching my maternal grandfathers and grandmothers family history and cemeteries. I'm not here for the numbers. I will be happy to transfer; I want family members to be able to update their own. Be prepared, I like to research every photo I add, and link relatives as much as I can. Please send me edits, I am using www.familysearch.org to look up census, marriages, etc. My pictures are your pictures, please use them accordingly. I'm forever grateful for strangers taking pictures of my relatives!|
FYI: If you have time to make a duplicate memorial on purpose, you have time to make one for someone that does not have one. With the edit tab, older memorials can be updated. When adding a new memorial, please check first name and than last name of the person. I find that original maybe be misspelled, due to typing off a list. Woman may have more than one married name too. Last name spellings like Smyth and Smith. First name spellings like Lewis and Louis. When we delete the duplicate memorials, the percentage a cemetery is photographed goes up.
I follow the guidelines of findagrave, except when it comes to family members requesting a memorial. If I'm not related, I will transfer, no questions asked.
Unfortunately, my contributor page is not a billboard for others to voice their opinion. My email is not listed due to previous disgruntle contributors. If you received an email from me through findagrave, you can reply to it through findagrave.
