Bio and Links
Bio Photo As of today, October 28, 2013, I have walked all aisles and rows of the Yukon Cemetery. As of March 24, 2014, I have walked all the aisles and rows of the Canadian Valley Cemetery.
My newest challenge is Summit View Cemetery in Guthrie. Started walking it the beginning of November 2013.
I caught the genealogy bug in my teens when my twin aunts were researching my maternal grandfathers and grandmothers family history and cemeteries.
I love the history that a gravestone might have. Once I get home, I get to piece a person's life together by connecting their relatives. I enjoy seeing photos on memorials, gives a face to gravestone, not just a name.
I'm not here for the numbers. I will be happy to transfer; I want family members to be able to update their own.
I like to link relatives up; be prepared to do lots of links with me. I rely on to locate my information.
My pictures are your pictures, please use them accordingly. I'm forever grateful for strangers taking pictures of my relatives!

RE: Summit View Cemetery
Good morning lady! By now we know the storm will not be as bad as they thought. We need the rain, just not that much all at once.

Being on blood thinners I know what you go through. I can't tolerate heat or cold; I have to wear a light sweater or jacket when I go the doctor. I hate when they crank the temp to 68. Can you say frost bite? I knew you could.

Let me know how things go with the photos? I am suffering from one heck of lousy cabin fever! (Input silent scream here). I went to Hobby Lobby for some embroidery pieces, and finished all 3 in one week.

Have a great weekend.
Hugs and my love, Evelynne

Not a Duplicate
On Aug 16, you sent me a message that my memorial #92269575 (in Cane Hill Cemetery) is a duplicate of #74894735 (in Bentley Indian Cemetery).
I have gone back to both cemeteries and my memorials are in the correct cemeteries. So mine are NOT duplicates.

There are two cemeteries very close together. She is buried in the smaller one where I have shown the picture of her marker. Maybe the other person will delete the one in the incorrect cemetery.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

the Gordons in Las Vegas NM
I sent this edit to the owner of the memoral:

the cemetery listing is incorrect, instead of the Masonic
Cemetery, it should be the Oddfellows Cemetery. The 2 cemeteries
are adjacent to each other and to the Montefiore Cemetery.

for listings of the masonic, ioof, and montefiore cemeteries.

Currently, the Oddfellows Cemetery is very overgrown and neglected.
The Masonic Cemetery is better, since a group of LDS volunteers cleaned it up recently. They wanted to clean up the Oddfellows as
well, but were unable to find any members of the Oddfellows to
obtain permission.

I'll remove my duplicate memorials as soon as the change is made.

Kent Parsons

PS, the same correction applies to her husband, William Gordon.

Lester Blair's wife
First off, thank you so much for the Bass family photos, really helped fill in the history of this family from Clermont County, Ohio.
What I am wondering is where is Lester Blair's wife, Mary Elizabeth (Bass) Blair. Is it possible she is in an unmarked grave?
Thanks again,

Thanks for your note. George and Mary Elizabeth Bunch are my 2nd Great Grandparents. THe more time I spend researching the Frisco Cemetery, the more of my Dad's relatives I find - Barretts, Butlers, Bunchs, Bradfords, Siler and Smiths.

I have started putting my notes and other documentation on FamilySearch. Here is the link to George's page:

Thanks for the notice. My info came from the cemetery records but after reading the obit on the other memorial it doesn't make a lot of sense that she would be buried in Fort Benton. The lady who posted the memorial in Butte is a friend of mine so we will figure it out.
Thanks for pointing this out to me.
