They came from Germany, Virginia, Tennessee, then some moved on to Texas, as well as OK, AL, and ARK. My German ancestors are Mentzel and McNitzky (Machnitzky), and my others are Henderson, Cunnyngham, Willis, Cole, and McCormick, as well as those who married into the families.
