Ronald G. Hightower
Born in Huntsville, Texas to the late Gibbs and Dorothy Mae Hightower in 1951. Attended Huntsville Independent Schools, graduating from Huntsville High 1970. Enlisted in the United States Navy in July 1970. Served aboard the USS Francis Scott Key SSBN 657 from 1971-1974. Moved to Colorado to attend Colorado State University. Graduated with a BS in Sociology in 1978. Have been one of the main organizers of the Hightower Family Reunion for the past twenty five years. The reunion is held every two years in Hunstville and has an attendance of upward to four hundred member and friends. I hope this site will aid family members in their pursuit of genealogy information. I will be highlighting Hightower Bethel, Hightower Cemetery Cotton Creek, Pine Bluff,Holloway, and Mt.
