I am in Lake County, Northeast Ohio. The Find A Grave system is wonderful for me to remember and add to the memorials of my family. |
Plus, I enjoy being a Photo Volunteer and work hard to get the photographs people request. It usually takes more research than just walking onto the cemetery, finding the grave and taking the picture. Through my research, many families have found ancestors they did not know existed or had been unable to locate. Their joy is my reward. Thank-you's are always appreciated, too.

|Rick||Thanks Brad !!|
Thank you so much for sending me that image of the Loomis grave....and in the winter too! I'm still trying to figure out if that is a relative of mine and the photograph sure helps a lot. Nothing seemingly more concrete than names and dates etched in stone. Again. much appreciated.

|Carol Shobe||RE: Stockwell edits - Thanks!|
You are very much welcome. I like to help anyway I can!
Thank you for the great photo. Looks like you took the photo between snow storms. Perfect.
I wonder who the other names are that appear on her headstone.
As to her husband David, have you had any experience on securing military plaques for former servicemen? I will go to the local American Legion office and see if they can lend any assistance. I will keep you advised. His grave should not go unmarked.
Do you have any knowledge as to who George C. and May C. Vorce were? I have not been able to discover any children thus far to the Vorce marriages.
Thanks again for your service.

Brad, Thanks so much for trying to take the tombstone photo's for Glenn and Emma Ames. Sorry you found they are in an unmarked graves. Did you take a photo by chance of Glenn's parents, John and Flora, which was stated they are the only headstones in that plot? I do not find at this time they are on Find A Grave. I will do further research on them. Thanks for your kind deed.

|Wendy Guion||Edwin Callow|
Thanks so much for taking this picture of Edwin Callow's grave. I love the stone against he white of the snow. Having grown up in Chardon, I really appreciate your willingness to brave the snow to get this picture!
Once again you have quickly filled my photo requests. There's snow on the ground, it's freezing out and you still trooped out to the cemetery and filled my requests.
I want you to know i greatly appreciate your time and effort. I've looked for stones in the snow...it's not easy!
