Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'am not related to most of the people in the memorials that I have created, but someone is, and the memorials might (and have) help them find that long-lost loved one. I have!!!!

Anyone may use my tombstone pictures for their own personal use, no credit needed.

I do not add memorials to Findagrave, to see how many I can get (Please don't assume that I do.) I do Findagrave so the final resting place of people, can be found and they can be remembered. Everyone deserves that!!

I DO MY BEST TO MAKE SURE THE INFORMATION I ADD IS CORRECT, BUT IF I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE, (AND EVERYONE DOES), IT WAS NOT INTENTIONAL, AND I WILL BE GLAD TO CORRECT IT, BUT PLEASE ASK POLITELY, (I will not answer rude or mean comments), and please use the edit button, that is just above the pictures on each memorial, for leaving information, such as adding links, bios, corrections, and requesting transfers, and include your Findagrave member number. Makes it so much easier to make those edits and transfers.
(I do not make transfers or edits from messages left below.)

We are all volunteers, there is no need for anyone to act like they are the FindAgrave police.
Thank You!!

70 mph wind?
I heard about that wicked wind last night. Are you all ok? Sure hoping Moberly doesn't have a lot of damage.

McKinney family info
It appears you are descended from Odessa May McKinney and James Brummitt thru Virginia Pearl McKinney Shannon. It looks like your family may have family photos of William Basil McKinney (Odessa's father) I would like to get a copy if possible. My ancestor was William's 1/2 sister
Mary Jane Catherine Harris Adams. I am also looking for photos of their shared mother Mary Thorp/Tharp who died 1915. I would think someone out there has a photo of her and maybe her second husband David Harris. If you don't have copies, do you know who might? THank you for your time

THANKS FOR THE PHOTO. I CHECKED AND I HAVE HIS FUNERAL HOME MARKER PHOTO. I AM STILL ADDED PICTURES TO OAKLAND AND HADN'T GOT TO THE H's YET, BUT I ADDED HIS. I HAVE ABOUT 4500 PICTURES LEFT TO ADD TO OAKLAND BUT IT IS SLOW GOING. THERE WERE ONLY 7700 MEMORIALS THERE WHEN SUSAN AND I STARTED THAT PROJECT, AND AS I SAY, IT IS STILL ONGOING. TAKE CARE AND THANKS FOR ALL YOUR GOOD WORK, DAVID AND SUSAN

Not sure what I did wrong yesterday. Must have had one of my fat fingers hit a wrong key. I believe I corrected my edit today. Thanks, TommyD.

RE: Lula Specie
Thanks for the well wishes. I had tests done today and saw another surgeon that will be assisting. I see an internal medicine physician Tuesday. I am worn out.

Regarding your question, I think I would put both her married names on Find A Grave, especially since they are both on her tombstone and I think she would be much easier to find if both names were there. If I remember right, she is listed on the Social Security Death Index as Lula Specie. She was married first to Charley Hill. He is also buried in Oakland.

Thank you so much for your assistance and well wishes.

RE: Charlie again
Thank you Patty!
My Granddad Dunn was the kindest, sweetest man ever. I adored him.
I'm going to be flying into St.Louis in August and renting a car so I can visit family on both sides of the mighty Mississippi. I'd like to visit my great grandparents graves. Do you know how I'd go about finding them ? I remember how to get to the cemetery, I spent long afternoons there as a kid making rubbings. My grandfather used to take me there - he had a special big rock he would sit on as a kid to escape !
Thanks!
Robin

Beamer-Herron Marriage Announcement
Patty,

Thank you so very much for the marriage announcement. I am so grateful to receive information and of course added it to her bio. Not loving this hot weather, but better than winter. Sure hope you are having a good summer. Thanks again.
