This is my hobby. It's one that doesnt cost me an arm and a leg.
If you would like ownership of any memorial Please use the tab for corrections on the memorial. It's really hard to track down these numbers. If you send me a email please leave a link to the memorial and your find a grave I.D. number. Please do not leave requests for transfers messages on my page here as I rarely check it. Don't be afraid to ask.
The only memorials I don't want to part with are my family's.I don't want to part with my Kings, Caulk, and Edwards, Plants, Markey, Files, as I worked very hard reaserching and linking them and they are my Family. The Tisdale ones I will consider if you are a close family relative.
If I'd made any mistakes or you would like anything added just give me a buzz and I'll make sure to link them or correct them as soon as possible.
Don't be afraid to ask for transfers if they are family.
Also any photo I have taken can be uploaded to your personal website with out asking my permission.

|Marshall R||Normans at McKendree Chapel Cemetery|
My name is Marshall. Earlier this month, I visited the Keyesport area and McKendree Chapel Cemetery and took many photographs of headstones. I've uploaded several of them to memorials you manage for the Norman family. I am distant kin and have suggested some edits to link family members together. I hope you will accept these edits. Please let me know if you have any questions.
|Robert Green||James M. Williford vs. James Willeford|
Hi Connie. First, thank you for your work here, it is very much appreciated. I'm studying the Williford family and ran across the following discrepancy: James M. Williford (Memorial # 75822188) served as a First Sergeant with Company C of the Illinois Volunteers in the Mexican War (reference: http://genealogytrails.com/ill/montgomery/mexwar.html ). James Willeford (Memorial # 16238599) may have served in the Mexican War as well but not in the above capacity. James Willeford is from a different Williford line. I'm related to both. Again, thank you for your fine work. Robert Green
|Rose Miller||RE: Charles Carrillon Memorial|
Thanks o much Coniie, I really appreciate it!
Is there any way the obit can be edited, his birth year is not showing correctly, it only shows 189.
He was born on Sept. 2, 1839 in the village of Wald-Michelbach, in the State of Hessen in Germany.
I really appreciate your help, thanks again, Rose Miller
|Rose Miller||Charles Carrillon Memorial|
Hello to all Find-a-Grave Members,
My name is Rose Miller and I am working in Genealogy trying to help a fellow genealogist in Germany who is writing a book on the Charles Carrillon Family. Who is currently a member who administers this Carrillon entry in Find-a-Grave? I have contacted Connie Edwards Thomilson who posted the entry apparently, but she does not want to answer me for some reason. Has someone else taken this over from her? All I want to know is:
WHERE DID THIS MEMORIAL ORIGINATE? Was it published in a local newspaper at the time in 1923 in Smithboro, IL? Does anyone know the newspapers name, does it still exist, or where can I get that info? I also would like to add, whoever can correct the memorial the following: Charles' birthdat was Sept. 2, 1839 (memorial only says 189), He was born in Wald-Michelbach, in the State of Hessen in Germany. Please contact me at email: firstname.lastname@example.org. THANKS SO MUCH!
I am very happy to transfer him to your care. Thank you so much for asking. I am always happy when family has ownership of memorials.

|D'Alene (Willman,Lamb) McCants||Tisdale Family|
Eunice, I am a descendant of Great Aunt May(#35038066) Jassaud Tidale's sister Anna Maud Jassaud Willman. Great Uncle Ed Tisdale (#35037959) was Aunt May's husband. I do know the direct descendants of them. I am so happy to find more info and apparently more relatives. I have done familysearch.org for some. Will contact you further, but wanted to put this on the public messages so other relatives could see it, as I have found some of them here. Anna Maud was my paternal grandmother.

Thank you so much for the transfer of the early Tisdale family members. I think I can do a few adds to them. That was very nice of you. Ray
