Bio

I recently retired from the work force. I retired from the Navy in 1996. I left the Navy for LCI (Lytel Communications Inc.) in Dublin, Oh. which merged w/Qwest Communications Corp. in 1998. I left Qwest in 2004 for 7 years and did jobs as 911 op/police dispatcher for Columbus Police dept, US Postal letter carrier in Upper Arlington, Oh., door greeter/cashier with Wal-Mart in Reynoldsburg, Oh. and was with TSA at Port Columbus airport for 4.5 years and am now back with Qwest who recently merged with Century Link as of 2011.

My true hobby is traveling and photographing the Ohio Histirocal Markers. I also photograph W.Va, and Va. and Tenn. and recently Penn. historical markers as well.

My wife and I recently discovered our youth at 55 and decided to get a pair of motor cycles. So now we travel the back roads in search of hamlets to photograph ourselves in front of their signs.

I can trace my family tree direct line back to 1627 in Kilchberg by Tubingen, Germany to my ancester HANS HOLBEIN. He married ANNA MARIA MOSE 1651 in Hessigheim, Besigheim, Germany, daughter of HANS MOSE and ANNA KATHARINA. She was born Bet. 1616 - 1617. Allowing for 20-25 years of age for parents to have children, HANS MOSE could have been born in 1591 - 1596.

I am interested in the surnames of HOLBEIN, KUHN, BARRON & EARLY/EARLEY.

If I have posted a memorial of one of your family members and you would like to have it transferred to you, just let me know. Provide me with the memorial name and number and the Member ID of whom to transfer it to.

I apologize to those who have sent me requests to either transfer or edit/correct any records I have in my name. I have really not been up on this for awhile and intend to correct that. So, don't give up on me, I'll get to your request.
