I was programming computers in 1969 through my high school, making me an original "computer nerd". I graduated from Lake Oswego High School, Oregon, in 1971. I went on to get a B.S. in Geology from Portland State University in 1975. I have worked for the State of Oregon for 37 years. I am currently retired, but was a Casemanager for Teen Parents receiving welfare. I helped them with their education, Job Training and Jobs.
