I became interested in genealogy back in 1997 when i wanted to find information about my biological father and my ancestors on his side. After finding some info on him i was hooked and haven't lost interest...seems the more i find the more i want to know, plus i enjoy helping others with their research.
Sarah D. Smith Baker Update. Just got back from a meeting with the Sexton from King Lk Cem.Could not find any record of Seth A., Sarah, or I even looked for Charlotte Smith who lived with them according to census. I know from death cert. that she is buried there. I also know her son and first wife are buried together in another plot there which is marked. I know his second wife is there too but, no marker or plot is found. I told the Sexton I would pay for a marker if he can find there locations. If you come across any more information on this please let me know. Thanks Jeff
RE: McCulley edit Yeah I know not too many people are picky as I but there are many that would just ignore the info.
If the info is true, I simply do not want to discard it but sometimes I dont have time to verify it thusly, I send it back asking.
Probably because I've always sent info including where the memorial manager should do with it
Many people add names, dates and places that dont belong in the bio actually belongs in the new edit system. Do their own work, I've got enough to do and trying to figure out what to do with the info, let me know. This info I like to make sure it is true too. I like to have the memorials I manage, mostly correct
Its like taking time to tell people to add what I need to know, which also is a pain in the butt but...that's me, I'm picky :)
Cleveland Township Cemetery Hi Sharon, Going through records and found you have Anna Dechow number 68460834 as a duplicate. Yours was posted in 2011 and the original was posted in 2006. That number is 15659161 Please delete yours as the other one was posted first and maintained by a family member.
St. Paul's Cemetery-Good Harbor Hi Sharon, I was going through the names in the cemetery and found a George Gilbert number 50606983 listed. I dont believe there is a George Gilbert in that cemetery. You may want to check and correct this entry. Thanks, Linda Member of St. Paul's for 67 years.
