Bio and Links
Bio Photo I became interested in genealogy back in 1997 when i wanted to find information about my biological father and my ancestors on his side. After finding some info on him i was hooked and haven't lost interest...seems the more i find the more i want to know, plus i enjoy helping others with their research.

RE: genealogy groves
My relatives are passing away in "groves" similar to herds of cows(sorry about comparasion). If I was to go to relatives's funerals it would be fifteen. But I hold the line only for ones I really know. Also lost about five schoolmates since Feb. Dana

I've looking at mostly relatives down state as genealogy is concerned although many are cremated but have relation to Traverse City so they are aware.
My e mail ended being corrupt and unable to open as password was shanghaied. Have not started another. Dana

Walter Duke
I am researching the Cartwright/Duke family for my son-in-law. I have found Julia Duke in the Ferry Township Cemetery, but have not found her husband Walter. Any idea where he may be buried? Appreciate any assistance.

Mt. Calvary Isadore
Have had relation passing away in groves.
So it's been at funerals but kind of odd it's relatives that were interested in genealogy and we worked together a few years back.
But they are in that 70 plus age so it can be expected.
Ran into my Flees cousins at one in Isadore. Loved seeing them and conversing however short.
Now been thinking about doing a special on my classmates that are gone but so many were cremated.
Oh yes will be a grandfather in August.Times change.
Lucia and myself were trying to locate where the baby Pelky is buried as this is my cousin's child.(Donald Jr.)The stone must be fairly new either done done by Donald's daughter before passing away or granddaughter. Dana
