Bio Photo I became interested in genealogy back in 1997 when i wanted to find information about my biological father and my ancestors on his side. After finding some info on him i was hooked and haven't lost interest...seems the more i find the more i want to know, plus i enjoy helping others with their research.

RE: Ferry Township Cemetery
Hi Sharon,

Not a problem. That side of my family seems to be a hard find. I do not have Ancestry, they are too greedy. And the last time I did have access, the only information that I found on my search, was the info they "stole" from my Family Tree submission to another site. I use LDS, Find A Grave and Rootsweb.
If I can't find it there, I'm just out of luck.

Thank you so much for you effort. It is appreciated.

Hi Sharon,

Thank you for that information, however, none of the names listed are familiar to me.

Thanks. Susan

RE: Ferry Township Cemetery
Hi Sharon,

I live in Oregon, so Hart is a little far for me.
I saw some information on the Greenwood Cemetery and they might be there, as well. If that is the case, I see why they might not have found their way to Find a Grave. I hope they can find the stones and replace them.

In the meantime, I am looking for information on Chester (1827-1882) and Sarah (1828-1904) Hilton Briggs. Their son, Andrew (1847-1871) and Chester's parents, Sylvester (Abt. 1791-Abt. 1870) and Olive Briggs. If you can find anything on them, I would be extremely grateful.

My email address is: If that is helpful.

Thank you. Susan Kelly

Ferry Township Cemetery
Hi Sharon,

Can you tell me if most or all of the graves in the Ferry Township Cemetery, North and South, have been entered to Find A Grave? I, believe, that I have great and great great grandparents buried in the area, but, so far, they have not shown up on Find A Grave. I have been checking the cemeteries in Oceana Co., to see which ones have not been worked on. The Ferry Township Cemeteries came up and they looked like a likely place, but I see that you have done quite a bit of work already. I'm just wondering it there are more graves to be added.
I am looking for the Briggs family.

Thank you.

Dear Sharon,
I made a compromise on what you said. I hope it is more pleasing to you. But as I told,I left out my
living cousins and left them as "sons".
I do this to all living people, as I consider this a published memorial. Dana

I have requested that you correct this post. You have Donna Jean Mendham as his parent when in fact it is his grandmother. His mother is Liesa Cater, (Living). this is my 2nd request for this change
