Bio

PLEASE NOTE:
I discovered that Find A Grave erroneously deemed me as deceased. I AM, INDEED, ALIVE.

My profile was linked to the memorial page of my recently deceased cousin, Judith Ann Jenderseck Hoeschen. I am Judith Ann O'Donnell Pansarosa.

The memorials I created over a 14 year period were systematically transferred to strangers with no relationship to my family.

All the memorials that I had requested to be transferred to me by right of direct ancestry have been inexplicably lost.

Although the memorials I created have been reinstated, I will be seeking to find other memorials that were under my management at the time I was deemed a "Fallen Graver."

Thus far, the only such memorial I have recovered is that of my own mother, Joan Marie Wettengel. My mother's memorial was created by an over zealous volunteer even before she was buried, and certainly before I had the honor of creating her memorial myself.

In spite of these regrettable and traumatic incidents, I remain committed to honoring the dead through Find A Grave with the utmost dignity and respect.

As was suggested to me by a thoughtful Find A Grave volunteer, it may be a good idea to create a spreadsheet of all of your memorials, should you suddenly find yourself prematurely declared dead.

I appreciate all who offered kind and compassionate support as I worked to right this egregious error.

Exploring my extended family tree is a work in progress.

I offer information to all who are lovingly curious; to those who want to know more of the interesting story of our imperfect lives.

You are welcome to copy and post any of my photographs or written information onto your family trees or websites.

It is my intention to share the treasures I've uncovered in grateful recognition to those who have helped me, as well.

If you find a close relative amongst the memorials I have established or those that I manage, please inquire about a transfer if you wish to take on that honor.

Dear Ancestor
Your tombstone stands among the rest
Neglected and alone
The name and date are chiseled out
On polished marble stone
It reaches out to all who care
It is too late to mourn
You did not know that I exist
You died and I was born
Yet each of us are cells of you
In flesh and blood and bone
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
Entirely not our own
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled
One hundred years ago
Spreads out among the ones you left
Who would have loved you so
I wonder how you lived and loved
I wonder if you knew
That someday I would find this spot
And come to visit you.
