Hello, when I was a little girl, my grandpa would take us on hunting and fishing trips and if there was a cemetery within 50 miles we would stop and do a walk through. Grandpa would tell me about the people who resided there. I loved the stories and I make it a tradition to tell my children and grandchildren about those wonderful people who came before.

As a kid several times a year we would visit 5 cemeteries and trim around the headstones, pull the weeds and again tell the stories.

As a teenager my first "official" job was a caretaker's assistance of a cemetery. This was done before the purchase of a gas lawn mower, and trimming was not done with a weed whacker.

Family history is my passion and I love it when I am able to find something new. I am very grateful for those who share with me and for those with patience for my stories.
