Growing up around Ringos Mills, Kentucky I am very familiar with the mountains and country living. I am USN retired and reside in the New England area. I visited and made acquaintance with some cousins in Colfax, Ky.in 2008. They told me many interesting family stories and gave me some old papers with names, dates and other information. That got me interested. I seek information, usually long distance and with help from family and friends, trying to put it together. My favorite saying, "I didn't know they existed."
