I've decided to change my profile to reiterate my feelings on transfers, additions, and corrections to the memorials that I manage:|
In fairness to those who may have closer ties to a memorial, please read the Transfer Guidelines prior to requesting a transfer. I will now transfer only within the stated guidelines. Please do not ask me to make a bulk transfer of names. I will make exceptions if I am personally doing work for you. You do not need to "manage" every memorial that is part of your family tree. Remember that this site is for locating burials, not building a tree. There are other websites that are more suitable for that purpose. I will be happy to make any links and corrections. PLEASE use the SAC feature ("Edit" tab). Please do not ask me to do links to any "Burial Unknown". Do your homework, first. Please feel free to add photos where appropriate, as you do not need to manage the memorial to add photos.
I will not cut and paste raw data from census records, death indices, etc. A nicely written bio is preferable.
Please consider using the "virtual cemetery" feature on this site to keep track of relations.
Since March 2013 I have taken over management of memorials in Inglewood Park Cemetery from Chris Mills. Please continue to send suggestions for corrections using the "Edit" tab and I will get to them as soon as I can.
Please have your messages enabled if you want to correspond with me. I will not use my personal e-mail on this site.

Hi BJ, yes , you are correct.Angie's stone states Angela Hall Vitense so that is how I listed it. She was married for a very short time to (still living) Vitense and he has since remarried so I kept the Hall name as she was definately an integral part of the "clan" , as was Mary. I am equally inclined to maintaining factual protocal however, and will insert her maiden name. By the way, no one alive can remember Mary's second husband's first name. He died while working at Boeing in L.A. in the early sixties(canopy explosion). As his last name was Robison the family called him Robbie.Maybe you can help? Thanks for your time and good work!! Sincerely, Dennis Moore

Thank you so VERY much for your time and trouble regarding the photographing of my great grand parents' grave. I appreciate it so very much; especially the "location" photograph which will certainly be used as a guide if I can ever get out to Inglewood. Bless and you and thanks again!~Melissa

Hi BJ, My 'top Lumbattis' married a 'Thomas' - and they are all part of a FLACK descendants tree here:- http://www.flackgenealogy.com/newtng/getperson.php?personID=I14443&tree=Tree719J
I did see the other Lubattis you mentioned in the cemetery but couldn't make a connection.

Happy to sponsor he and his wife's findagrave memorial. He was my dad's cousin and we visited back and forth most of my childhood, we knew them as Tony (sometimes Dub, I'm sure for his initial WT) and Velma. I remember they lived by the airport in Inglewood. I know my dad would be very happy to connect Tony back with his family. Thank you so much for entering his information into findagrave.

I think it's the system. I do a group of names for a PA cemetery & had numerous dups & I thought an error on the 1st couple but then it ended up being a bunch & I knew I didn't double enter as many names as kept coming up. The gal who caught it was photoing the headstones if the cemetery.

Thank you B.J. for taking the picture of this grave. In answer to your question, I don't know a lot about Anita (Aneta). She was married to a cousin Leland Wesley Allen, who died at the early age of 27 in 1940. Anita outlive him by 60 years and remarried a man named Coalson. I don't know her father, but I will seek her obituary to see if I can learn the connection. The spelling of Aneta and Schach I obtained from two sources, ancestry.com and familysearch.org, but they both may be in error, and I feel more confident accepting the spelling on the gravestone, so I have made corrections on the memorial accordingly. I really appreciate your time and effort to document her grave and take the picture.
