I began researching my family history in 2008 shortly after my son was born. In memory of family he will not ever meet I started searching for the gravesites of relatives as well as a family tree dating back to the 16 and 17 hundreds. Most of the memorials are of ancestors to my wife and I and I enjoy doing the research. I also regret the fact that I never really asked about where my family was from or who they were related to.
