I noticed a picture you added to Ida Mae King Seidts, and I was wondering who are the people in the picture.
Thanks for all you do!

You have Uriah Williams father as Samuel, but his death certificate has his father was Martin Williams. Do you know which one is correct?

Thank you for adding the family bible photo documents to my Kern memorials. There is very little about them in ancestry.com -Today, after visiting this cemetery since 2009, dozens of times, I determined the grave of William and Sarah by brushing flour onto the tablet.
I assume you must have special interest in them so I would like you to note I also linked daughter Catharine Schoener. Do you have bible info on her other than her birth?
Thanks for all you do,

|Frogman||RE: Ralph Fiss|
I do not know the family's decision to leave Ralph in France, but having a full headstone, or memorial plaque at a family plot stateside is not uncommon. Ralph was originally buried at the American Cemetery in Blosville, France, then transferred to Colleville when bodies were being repatriated. I can show you paperwork if you do not believe he is resting in France.
Many headstones were provided by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for families as memorial markers so they could have something to grieve with or to finish out a family plot. Ralph's family requested one of these headstones from the Commonwealth.
I am sorry I cannot give you a more definitive answer.
