I have just really gotten the family history "bug" here in the last few months. I enjoy walking threw cemeteries and reading the old stones. I find myself wondering what that person was like and what the area was like when they were living. And what they would think of what the area has become since their death. My husband thinks I am strange but that is okay.
We live in a small town (McCune, KS) in extreme southeast Kansas. I drag my husband around to cemeteries when ever I can and he really enjoys it, even if he tries to act like he doesn't.
