Thank you so much for transferring my Uncle Friedrick “Fritz” Hodel to my care. I will take good care of him. In the past year we have lost one of his remaining brothers and all three of his remaining sisters. Only one brother remains. The circle of life keeps going around and we try to find out as much as we can about our families while there is still someone to talk with.
Again, Thank You, your kindness is greatly appreciated.

Above is link to cemetery.
Our Saviours Evangelical Luthern Columbarium, 815 S Washington, Naperville. (It is located next to the traffic light on Washington by the hospital.)
The columbarium is located inside the church. Because it was inside the building, I checked and was unable to obtain permission to take the inside photos. I was advised to take photos of the columbarium itself, each family would have to approve it first.
I did take outside photos of the church and they were approved yesterday.
Hope this helps. bhd

Timothy can you tell me who is also buried in the same tombstone with Samuel Wise Memorial # 45285919 please? You really can't read the information on this stone, have you every taken rubbings off from old stones like this one. My husband does all the time then puts the information together with the stone so he can see the information.
Thank you Katie

|T W Zimmerman||RE: Rathbun Family|
My apologies for not getting back right away, but I've been quite busy. I am not related to the Rathbun family, but I have been quite interested in local history. I grew up in Plainfield, and my family knew many of the families in Plainfield and Wheatland Township. The only Rathbun I know off the top of my head is Steve Rathbun, who is an attorney and former village trustee in Plainfield. I know it's not much to go on, but I hope it helps in your research.
(Unfortunately for my research, I moved away from Plainfield at the end of last year, and haven't done as much research lately. A day trip back to Plainfield is not out of the question.)

I do have a nice photo of Frank and another photo of his wife Sarah. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can get those photos to you.
