Many of my ancestors came to Ohio after the American Revolution and settled in Ross, Pickaway, Hocking and Jackson Counties. I have researched my family tree for almost 20 years. My goal is to use my research to create biographies of my ancestors that tell the stories of their lives to help others researching the same families. The primary focus is on Hinton, Prushing, Dechert, Hewitt, Holderman, Reid, Karshner, Leasure and Strawser families.
