I grew up in North Hollywood, California; graduated from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, with a BS Degree in Food Science and Nutrition. We live in Orem, Utah, where we raised our two children.

My mother was raised in Star Valley, Wyoming and when I was growing up, we visited my grandparent's farm for two weeks every summer, so the inter-mountain area is like home to me. I love this area and the Four Seasons of the Year. The popululation here is increasing, but not like Southern California.
