I never thought I would get this much enjoyment out of researching my family tree. My friend bugged me for years to do it, but I just wasn't interested. After an incident sparked my interest, I am hooked.

I especially enjoy being able to add a headstone photo to the memorials I have created. I have traveled far and spent a lot of time finding information. With that being said, you are welcome to use any of the photos I have added including obituaries.

Some of the names I am interested in are Hunsberger, Davis, Osborne (and every variation), McIntire, Barrett, Wenger, Keith, Spies, Metzler, Topper, Brewer, Kissinger, High, Schrenker, Reed, and Onan.

I love meeting new people and sharing information, so feel free to contact me. I would be glad to add or correct any information on the memorials. Just let me know.

Your tombstone stands among the rest;
Neglected and alone.
The name and date are chiseled out
On polished, marbled stone.
It reaches out to all who care
It is too late to mourn.
You did not know that I exist
You died and I was born.

Yet each of us are cells of you
In flesh, in blood, in bone.
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
Entirely not our own.
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled
One hundred years ago
Spreads out among the ones you left
Who would have loved you so.
I wonder if you lived and loved,
I wonder if you knew
That someday I would find this spot,
And come to visit you.
