I currently live in the Beckley, WV area, but I previously lived in West Palm Beach, Florida, and I am originally from the Northern Virginia area. Over the past several years, I've gotten interested in genealogy and researching my family tree. Find A Grave has helped me with full names and dates of birth and death. It has also helped me to "visit" loved ones who are buried in states too far away to go to in person or those that were cremated. I have relatives buried in Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and California. The main surnames in my family are Craig, Morris, McGraw and Fleming.|
I have transcribed names and added memorial pages for people in West Virginia and in Florida. I photograph headstones and create memorial pages for those people. I hope that the information I add will help others in their genealogy research. And I thank those who have done the same for me and my ancestors. If you would like a memorial I've added transferred to you, just send me a message.
Anyone may use the photos I've taken of headstones and/or cemeteries on their family trees or for any other personal use, without asking permission or giving credit.

Thanks for letting me know about the photos that you posted to the memorials for Uncle V.A. and Aunt Shirley. They are really good pictures of them. The Hinton's used to get together every Christmas, and Uncle V.A. and Aunt Shirley would come. They were always so happy. Now they are memorialized on Find A Grave and will live on in our memories.

Yes, I would be most-interested in having the information you gathered from the Prince Mausoleum in the Wildwood Cemetery, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Thank you very much for offering me the information. You are very kind.
I am glad that you found some folks who were not on Find-A-Grave yet. It's great when someone finds those who are no longer with us, and have not been placed on Find-A-Grave yet.
Your kind deed to me in taking photographs of the grave-sites of William Prince, Letitia Prince, and Isaac Prince led to you uncovering a few 'lost' folks. Your good deed seems to have increased! #:^) And many will be so grateful.
I'm still wishing you a very good day.
I hope Spring is going along nicely for you.
Always Best Wishes,

Thank you for fulfilling my Photo Requests for William "Bub" Prince, Jr., Letitia Prince, and Isaac Prince, all buried in Wildwood Cemetery, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
I do understand that it was not possible to get a direct face-on shot, as all are locked in a mausoleum; however, the photographs you took are great, and I am thrilled that you were able to get the shots that you did.
I thank you very much for taking the time and trouble to take these photographs. And the added photograph of the mausoleum itself is really something.
I can picture you at the mausoleum window trying to get the best picture, and moving from side-to-side and probably not being too happy with the situation.
Please know that you did succeed in getting great photographs. Your willingness to 'get the best' shot is much-appreciated, indeed.
William "Bub" Prince, Jr. was the best friend of my 2-GGFather, James Harrison Cook. They both joined the Confederate Army together, and both were captured off of Harper Road near Beckley together. And then... they both were shipped to the P.O.W. prison at Camp Chase, near Columbus, Ohio; and eventually released on the same day, and began walking back to Beckley together in May of 1865.
So, to be able to view these photographs that you took means a lot to me. I cannot thank you enough.
And I thank you for all your work here on Find-A-Grave. You have helped so very many, Kelly. I hope you are finding your kindness being returned to you as you do your own research.
Have a swell Spring day.
And Best Wishes To 'You & Yours'.

Hello Kelly - thank you for posting the photos of the tombstone on Oscar's page. Because they are basically the same pictures and they are so dark, maybe we just need one. F.A.G. only allows 5 photos & if you would delete yours then it would leave me more room to put up more pictures that I have.
