I have been doing genealogy for several years. I started with the handwritten family sheets my grandmother started . Those were passed on to me and the computer age changed how I search and log my family history. My biggest "ah ha" moment in genealogy came while my father was alive and I shared his family history with him, he had never thought about his ancestors. He got so excited to visit an old cemetery where many of his ancestors rest and it was only about 2 hours from where he was living. I enjoy sharing what I've uncovered with others. I love Find A Grave. My other interests include scuba diving, my family, wine tasting and traveling.
