William F. Johnston (37640765) Hi, my name is Jon Purcell. I do indexing and saved an image for William Johnston (mem. no. 92396267) while indexing his Iowa State Grave Registration. I hope you do not mind.
Update to information on the above. Rubie and her twin Ruth were adopted by the Fischer family. She was born Rubie Smith to Roland Pinegar Smith and Flossie Ann Stockton (aka Ann F. Stockton) She had an older brother Alphon A. Smith (1909-1972) and a younger sister (Gertrude?)
The children were separated when the parents divorced.
Very glad to have found the link to Betsy Demarce gravesite at Kensler cemetary. I sent in my DNA to Ancestry.com and her tombstone appeared on my timeline along with Antoine Demers immediately. My DNA has matched 2 living descendants of theirs. Unfortunately, I have yet to have replies from these 2 members. They are 2 great grandson and or 3rd great granddaughter that I match. I am an adoptee who has basically zilch, if anyone here can help me, I would be truly grateful.
Joan Hodson #70596483 Hi, my name is Meagan Malloy Church and Joan (Malloy Stein) Hodson was my aunt. My father, Jerry Malloy, was Joan's brother. I am managing the the Malloy pages in Oskaloosa and was wondering if you would mind transferring management of my Aunt Joan's page to me? Please let me know. Thank you.
66976418 Hi Carla: I recently emailed you some edits for your above memorial however, I have not seen additions that I suggested. I also have Donald Ralph Brinning's obituary if you would like to add it. Please advise. Virgil Reichle(47719143)
Thank you so much for taking the photos! It's been awhile since we were last in touch. Hope all is going well with you. Worked quite a bit on the Old Rose Hill Cemetery last winter clearing trees and building a new fence on the north side of the cemetery. As always, thanks again for all your help and have a wonderful summer. Don
