Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have always loved cemeteries. The stones are beautiful works of art.

I began working on my family tree a couple of years ago to put an end to the myths that I was raised with. We are 100% German, well... really we are about 50% German and 50% Irish. We were millionaires until Gussie died and she "Willed" all the money to 20 different charities. Well... she did give all the money to charities, but it was around $150,000. Which is a lot of money! So, I have been hooked on genealogy ever since.

The names I am working on are Kramer, Jeschke, Kleinschmidt, Kister/Keister, Pierce, Kelly, Rochford and Smith. All from Clinton County, Iowa.

Coats, Keys, Smith from Randolph Co., Indiana.

McCambridge, Blair, Houck, Gonterman from Macoupin Co., Illinois.

Simpson, Chrisman, Bates and Rogers from Wayne Co., Kentucky.

Linck and Keller from Wheeling, West Virginia.

Hi, I would love to talk to you about his wife. Leona A Berry. There is some confusion over who her parents were. Specifically her mother Margaret Burgess. I am trying to find proof that she was the Margaret Burgess in my family line.
And what happened to her father William H Berry.

Thank you,
Sandy Burgess McClay

Thank you!
Yes....sadly her baby did die. So common back then and must have been terrible for the families to loose mother and baby.

Thank you for offering me the memorial but I do not maintain any on find a grave. You have done a fine job and I appreciate your interest and the work you do. I have portraits of Henry and the wives if you want them. Do not see how to add attachments on this, so maybe through email? Let me know if you want them.
