RE: Robena Belle Ross #54304954
Edith - thank you so much for taking the extra time and trouble to photograph and make all the links and edits for the Ross, Cowley, Haswell and Held families at Panhandle. Great photos, though you're right - Robena's marker unfortunately requires some precise timing and lighting! I'm saddened but grateful to have learned about Bennye Cowley - another young American hero fallen in battle, who needs to be remembered. Great work - appreciate it!

RE: Eleonora Jensen
Unfortunately I don't have the Jensens' parents burial info at the moment, but my Jensen line is one of the ones I am currently researching (among my other ones). If I come across the info, I am happy to forward it on.

Edith, thanks so much for the obituary for Maude! I really appreciate it because I had never found one for her. You're the best! Many thanks, and many blessings for you.

PS: I'll have to wait till I get to a computer to add it -- I don't know how to copy from my phone.

Eleonora Jensen
Hi Edith, I had a question on Eleonora Jensen (memorial # 41843286). You have her linked to a husband's memorial, Wilfred Robertson (memorial # 41842970). He has a bio on his page, but it only mentions a second wife, Mary. Do you happen to have any information on when Eleonora married (and presumably divorced) him? Eleonora would be my great-great-aunt, I believe. Her brother George is my great-grandfather.

*and apologies, when I sent my second message, I realized this first one was still on the screen and I hadn't actually clicked "send"

Eleonora Jensen
Hi again Edith, this is in addition to my previous message. I was looking at the dates again and trying to find some more in my own research, and it seems like the Wilfred that is linked to Eleonora may be her son, not the husband. The birth dates just don't add up. She had a son, who was probably Wilfred Charles Jr.; the son is who submitted her death info to Texas. Would still like to know Eleonora's marriage date if you have it, but I'm thinking Wilfred's link at least needs to be fixed so she's his mother.

Clem and Ida Bell Dugan
Dear Edith: I would like to correct a mistake, please. My parents, Clement and Ida Bell Dugan, are not buried in Dreamland Cemetery in Randall County, Texas, but are interred in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Randall County, north of Canyon. My brother, Bill Dugan, is buried in Dreamland. I appreciate your putting his information in findagrave,

Edith, I had to send a follow-up. For someone like yourself - managing over 32,000 memorials - to follow up on a concern so quickly, thoroughly, and even doing extra relevant research... Well, it's mind-boggling. You are a Find-a-Grave superhero! Thank you so much for your responsiveness and attention to detail. All the best to you, and thanks for all your efforts for all the family members and genealogists out here.
