I was born in McMinnvlle, Oregon. Raised all over the state and then some. I went to high school at Brookings Harbor HS. Joined the Navy and I am a Veteran of Viet Nam. After the service I knew that I wanted to return to Oregon. I met my wife Sally here in Newberg and we have lived here for the past 41+ years.

I retired in 2007 have been enjoying our grand children. In August of 2008 I decided I wanted to know more about my family. Thank goodness for the internet, I have learned more about American History in the last couple years than I did in 12 years of school plus I have found many interesting ancestors.

While at this time I am mainly working on my own family I would be more than happy to help any findagrave member in anyway I can. I only put virtual flowers on memorials that are direct ancestors of mine.
