|Tommie Heavener||Thomas Marion Brown|
Hi Joyce, I was wondering if you might have known where Thomas Marion Brown Sr. could have been buried. He was born around Oct. 1831 and died around 1915. Tom Jr. was my grandfather Henry Franklin Brown's older brother. Thank you for any help. Tommie
Joyce, do you know if this grave marker is for a female or male? IS this anywhere near Red River Army depot? I have a Lucinda Williams born 1827 in my family but I do not know where she is buried. She was married to a Mullins and most of that family is buried in the Mullins Cemetery on Army Depot. There is a marker that was listed way back in the records for one Estelle Williams, and I still do not know who she was.

There seems to be a typo on this entry. The headstone shows date of birth 9 Nov 1938 rather than 19 Nov in the posting.
9 Nov 1938 is consistent with other documents that I've found.
Thanks for your work in posting so many of the grave sites. So much appreciated.

|Robert Jackson||Looking for Hurk Crayton family|
Dear Mrs Brown
My name is Robert Jackson and I've been researching my family history on ancestry.com. Anyway I ran across a bio you posted on the DeKalb cemetery site and it appears Hurk Crayton may be my great grandfather. My name is Robert L. jackson, Jr., and I'm the son of Clarice Daniels and Robert Jackson, Sr. My mom's mom (my grandmother) was Mary Eliza Crayton. I believe Mary Eliza is the daughter of Amelia Combs and Hurk Crayton, can you give me more insight on this?
I think you may also be related to John Wesley Hervey who married my great grand mother Amelia

No apologies necessary. We're all human, right? I want people to let me know when I make a mistake. Makes finding family so much easier. Anyway, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I appreciate all you do! Have fun "digging" !!
