Bio Photo My name is Joyce Wilder Brown. My parents are Dora M. Vasseau & Arthur A. Wilder, both from Arkansas. I was married to William Boyd Brown, son of Annie Mae Mitchell and Joe A. Brown. I have been working on a Family Tree on my family. I enjoy going to different cemeteries and adding memorial and pictures to FInd A Grave.

Thanks for the correction. I think because the stone said Angel Unaware, I just assumed the date was birth and death. I appreciate you taking the time to let me know.

Regards,
Rita

RE: Old DeKalb Cemetery
What a coincidence...my mom passed in September as well, but it was four years ago...miss her every day (I will pray for you...it gets easier, but never easy). My husband has several family members at Woodmen (Crump and Duke). We love this as well. I'll stay in touch.

RE: Old DeKalb Cemetery
I sure will and thanks!! I don't really have any family at Old DeKalb; my son and I just enjoy visiting cemeteries and in the process fulfilling grave requests or adding new memorials. I have been working on documenting the confederate pensioners in Bowie County. There are several in Spring Hill so I may need your help at some point. Thanks again for the info.
