I have been doing family research, off and on, over the past 25 or so years, visiting cemeteries across southeast Texas and soutwest and southern Louisiana in search of my roots. My familes include, Richardson, Frazier, Thompson, McNeely, Beaty, Barclay, Picou, Bouvier, Quebedeaux, DeGruy, Stout, Mayer, Stelly, to name just a few.
Amos Richardson Question Hey Bill. I have an update for Amos Richardson (son of Richard Albritton Richardson) to add Hannah Barton as a spouse. He was buried next to Martha Ann Gandy and she is noted on his headstone as his wife. Was Hannah a first wife? I thought you might have this handy in your Richardson database. I don't want to add something wrong. Hannah was buried in Bethlehem cemetery in Gilmer, Upshur County, TX as Hannah Mayfield on her original headstone and a newer one has Hannah Richardson Mayfield on it. Her memorial shows her maiden name as Barton. #14869725 I appreciate the help. Kerry Girolamo
Annie Richardson Hi Bill. I submitted a correction to add Annie's maiden name and Peggy just sent the memorial to me. I didn't do any research on her husband. I know you have done years of work on the Richardson family so I will remove the Macke link. Can you send an edit to add the correct Mack link? Kerry
Janey McNeely Townsend #156458308 #156458308 is duplicate memorial of Jamie Townsend #53957054 (added on 21 June 2010) by AJ Lee. #53957054 has a picture of Jamie's headstone with the name Jamie Townsend and this name is also listed on her death certificate.
Richardsons Dear Bill, Looking at your work on this family, I think you are the person I need to consult with about some work I've done on the Richardsons that seems to conflict with conventional wisdom. Rather than take up a lot of space here, could you just email me? email@example.com
Edward Bailey grave in Hollywood Cemetery Edward Bailey is a relative of mine (Great-Grandfather's Brother). I have more family information than you have listed for his siblings and wonder what/who is the source of your information so that maybe I can connect with you/them and gain more information. Just so fascinated that there is a photo of his headstone on this sight! Thank you.
