Retired Graver

Ron Kyes has retired from Find a Grave. Their enthusiasm for cemeteries and willingness to help future generations lives on through their contributions to Find a Grave. The management of their memorials has been transfered to Find a Grave.

Bio

First off, I've never had any intention of writing up a profile, nor being a caretaker (manager) for ANY memorials. My sole and only goal is to properly and completely post (or update) ALL of my ancestors, their spouses & children on this site so future researchers and maybe generations can use this as a research tool. I do not post and or ask for updates unless my information is correct as humanly possible. And yes I do make errors, as I find errors going back 40 years fairly often. If I have conflicting information, I research and correct it, I'm not lazy.

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME:
That the information I submit to you for an update is correct and complete as possible, that yes, I did the research and even spell-checked before submission. I don't guess or make assumptions on my statistical data (dates)...ever!

THIS IS WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU:
If I send you an article to post, please cut & paste the text into the Bio field. I don't even want the credit....it's your baby! Please don't hold the memorial hostage. Just in the past week at least a dozen of my intelligent fellow Americans have "denied" approvals for reasons including "not being a direct descendant," "I don't know you," "not divulging my sources that I have paid dearly for." If you deny a legitimate update, I will post a more proper and complete memorial (duplicate). Why you ask? I don't have time to screw around with memorial caretakers. I personally have a little less than 10k ancestors with at least 4k of my own surname that I need to post, with at least 2 articles per person, well, you get the picture.

Oh, by the way, I'm single, have a great looking kid, live in sunny (sweltering) Florida and LOVE snow and lousy weather! That makes me normal....
