St. Mary's Cemetery, Gilberts Illinois started my interest in cemetery documentation. Many of my O'Brien ancestors of my mother's (Dorothy Ann OBrien Brian)are buried in this cemetery. My husband and I will be buried here too. This cemetery is a few miles from where I grew up on Huntley Road, Dundee, IL and visits were frequent. The rod iron fence was designed by brother Richard A Brian and created by nephew Timothy Brian (father James Brian) and installed after mom died by the family as a gift to the cemetery. The arch was donated years earlier by the Meagher family.
