|Bio and Links|
I have worked on genealogy for a number of years. My family interests are Burnell, Utterback, Taylor, Burkholder, Burton, McColley, White, and Brown. Since retiring, I have become interested in Findagrave and have been working more on my "roots". Cemeteries have always fascinated me and now I have trouble driving by one without taking pictures. I am happy to transfer family, add or link or make corrections. Please do not enter duplicates. Please do not be a "collector" of graves. If you are NOT going to add information, do NOT request a transfer just to have the entry. Sometimes there is just nothing more to add. And sometimes I try to add something to a grave that I have transferred and no response from the person now managing the grave. I find it very important as much information is saved as possible especially photos of the headstones as so many are in poor condition. I like to add all the information I can to my entries. I feel the person will never be forgotten if this is done. I love for family to find my entries. Feel free to use any pictures of tombstones that I have added.|

Thank you for making the updates to the Tull family graves in Quigley Cemetery. I hope I haven't caused you too much trouble. I just think it's important to have as much information as possible for the next person coming along. I really appreciate the work that you have done. Thanks.

|MidwestMom||RE: Elizabeth Thorpe|
Thank you. I think I sent an edit for Charlotte Fox as her mother. I'm wondering if that is correct. You're right, someone else might know the answer. I'm not related, just doing research on people from Livingston County. Have a great day. Pam

|Brenda Wasilewski||RE: Gibens Gaffney #48083426|
I've tried to contact the person who owns 62169031 too in the past, but have never heard back. I do wish they would respond bc we would be cousins. I think he/she just wanted memorial pages for their ancestor's parents, and just created them without any facts. With the exception of the birth and first marriage date, I disagree with everything on the pages they made for John Gaffney (62169031 - not linked to Gibens for some reason) and "Louisa Shiplett Gaffney-Tankersley (62169141). There are two sisters who for some reason both went by Louisa on a couple records - one married John Gaffney, and the other married George Tankersley. I have both marriage records from Kentucky. The page I disagree with 62169141 has them merged as one person. Also, John Gaffney did not "die young" after having five children. He had 10 children and moved to IL with 5 of them (Gibens being one and my great grandpa being another) where he is actually buried. I hunted down multiple obits from microfilm that list all the children/siblings if you require them. I just would like the links/info to be accurate. I don't own or manage any of them. But, yes, Gibens Gaffney's mother is most definitely 86029121. Let me know if you would like me to re-submit an edit. Thanks so much for listening and helping!

Hi there. I probably should have clarified my request to change Gibens Gaffney's mother before requesting it. I agree with you that there are duplicate memorials for his mother. I would like to update the link to the correct one. I have been to their graves and done a lot of research on them, and the current linked memorial for his mother shows an "unknown" burial (which technically isn't even supposed to be on F-A-G), whereas the one I would like to change it to is the legit burial place for Eliza Gaffney (#86029121) and is right next to John Gaffney's grave, who is the correctly linked father. I have obits if you need them. John and Eliza (sometimes called "Louisa") are my gg grandparents.
If I submit the change again would you accept it? Thanks for your help!

I think the tomb stone is incorrect. When you look up Jinison, there is no memorial. Also there is no Jinison family in the cemetery, but there are a lot of people with the last name of Jimison.
