Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have worked on genealogy for a number of years. My family interests are Burnell, Utterback, Taylor, Burkholder, Burton, McColley, White, and Brown. Since retiring, I have become interested in Findagrave and have been working more on my "roots". Cemeteries have always fascinated me and now I have trouble driving by one without taking pictures. I am happy to transfer family, add or link or make corrections. Please do not enter duplicates. Please do not be a "collector" of graves. If you are NOT going to add information, do NOT request a transfer just to have the entry. I find it very important as much information is saved as possible especially photos of the headstones as so many are in poor condition. I love for family to find my entries.

Jewells again
Hello, sorry - one more transfer request, if possible, for my uncle, Robert L. Jewell, 112986408. I remember Uncle Bobby fondly! Thank you so much for putting a memorial up for him.

Hello! I would like to request a transfer to me of the memorials for George Henry Jewell (102331742), and his parents, George West Jewell (709548919 and Adaline Grace Thompson Jewell (70954885). George Henry was my grandfather and his parents were my great-grandparents. Thank you.

RE: question
Thanks for the reply. I don't recall saying anything about the mother at all. I was given info by a Winner on Jessie's children, and so I went to those pages and gave them Jessie's link. In Rachel's case I gave her middle name and maiden name. Possibly her b/d dates. I don't recall saying anything about her mother and you have her mother's name right so I don't know why I would. Was I sleepy and put the # in the wrong slot? But I don't think I did - I try to double check. I also only sent one correction that I know of. And I had one accepted correction from you the other night and one rejected one. So, I don't get what happened. But thank you for the reply.

Basically that night I was just trying to get Jessie's link to the owners of his kids' pages, not sure why the person sent those to me instead of to the owners of the pages but I was just trying to help them.

Hi kpet - I received a message from find a grave that one of my edits had been rejected because the information "would remove accurate information." Which info that I sent was wrong, please?

I received the info from a member of the Winner family.

(I am a descendant of the Winners too, but they still live in the area.) Thanks. This has me puzzled. I don't wish to send bad info.

RE: William S. Crist
Thank you for your info on William Crist. William and his first wife Jane Biggs had a son (the Reverend) George Crist. He married my 1st cousin 2x removed. After Jane died, William married Anna and had several children. As to why he would murder her is most unusual.

RE: David Stukins Sr.
Sorry it has taken so long in answering. David Stukins Sr.mother was Marcie who was Orville J. Stukins Jr's first wife. They had 4 children (2 girls and 2 boys). Donna Rae Stukins (who is buried at Graceland Cemetery), Danny Stukins, David Stukins Sr.( who just passed) and Jennie Stukins Hord. I am one of their half brother's from Orville Stukins Jr's second marriage (Hattie Stukins). I didn't mention Marcie because Jennie would get upset. Keeps peace in the family. She is upset with Dad (Orville Stukins Jr) and doesn't want anything to do with anyone from his second marriage. Sorry!! However, I am their brother!
