Please be patient with any recent edits you have sent me. I recently lost a beloved baby brother and the sudden timing of his passing has left a whole in my heart.
THIS IS A CEMETERY
Lives are commemorated ... deaths are recorded...families are reunited... memories are made tangible... and love is undisguised. This is a cemetery.
Communities accord respect, families bestow reverence, historians seek information and our heritage is thereby enriched.
Testimonies of devotion, pride and rememberance are cast in bronze to pay warm tribute to accomplishments and to the life... not the death... of a loved one. The cemetery is homeland for memorials that are a sustaining source of comfort to the living.
A cemetery is a history of people... a perpetual record of yesterday and a sanctuary of peace and quiet today. A cemetery exists because every life is worth loving and remembering ... always.

** A "Forget Me Not" flower left by myself on a memorial is an indication that I have access to documentation be it an obituary, marriage, application, death certificate etc. If you notify me via the EDIT TAB/SUGGEST ANY OTHER CORRECTION OR ADDITIONS on the memorial I can inform you of the documentation and then forward it if wanted. PLEASE DO NOT contact me initially via EMAIL only use the EDIT TAB.

Contrary to F.A.G. guidelines I will transfer memorials to relations outside of immediate family. Why? I am a firm believer that these memorials belong in the hands of family members whenever possible. I photograph and submit memorials for the purpose of documenting burials and connecting them to their families regardless of how near or distant the relation. If you care enough to want to take over the memorial of a loved one who is not a relation of my own I will certainly oblige.

A simple family tree project my son had to do several years ago is what led to my genealogy bug. Every discovery is like opening a present and being a photo lab tech finding a photo is gold. This being said I am always willing to help and share if I am able. I am a member of Ancestry.com, Tribal Pages, McKeesport Heritage Center, and World Transcription Project. Most of my contributions are of no personal relation so if you would like transfer of the memorials please notify me. Feel free to use any photos I have personally taken for your own family tree purposes (a note of thanks is always appreciated). The cemeteries I have photographed are done just by walk and snaps so they are not always complete. Any transfers, correction or additions can be suggested to me through "Find A Grave" Please use the EDIT tab on the actual memorial.

Every person matters... whether their stay on this earth was long or short. They have molded us into what we are today. Looking at the big picture we are all related. We all belong to the Human Family.
