When I was a child, my parents moved to Illinois but we frequently returned to attend Memorial Day service at Mill Springs National Cemetery. We always visited my two paternal uncles interred in Mill Springs but never did I realize how many other relatives are in the same cemetery. In addition to teaching me to honor our veterans, we visited White Oak, Lee and many other cemeteries scattered over Pulaski County to visit graves of other family / ancestors. All of this has contributed to my recent love of genealogy. I am grateful to you for this photo and all Find A Grave contributors who have spent countless hours making Find A Grave the success it is today.
