I teach fifth grade in Williamsburg, Virginia. This means that during the school year, I am not able to do much in the way of research. Also, my family is not from this area. So, I rely on Find-A-Grave volunteers to help me out in finding graves for my family members in various states. |
I always ask permission to use photos, and I urge everyone else to do the same. I am always happy to give permission to use my photos, but I would appreciate being asked, and receiving recognition for them.
I am researching the following families: Osborne, Perry, Perkins, Robbins, Nickmann.

Permission is granted. You can use any of my photos from Find A Grave and thank you for asking!
I would be interested in visiting your Ancestry page to see how the Quesenbury's fit in your line.
What is the name of your Ancestry page?
Dana Quesenbury Hollaway

The two you have listed with locations in Metairie cemetery would actually be in Lake Lawn with those locations. We will try to go to lake lawn and get those for you but if you change the location it will help us remember

Of course, please do..

I just now saw your very reasonable request to post the photo of Oscar Squires grave marker. Yes, you may. In addition, if you are related to Oscar Squires, you may assume the maintenance of his memorial. I am not related to Oscar, but only took the photo and created his memorial in hopes his relatives would see it and add more to it from their experiences and records.

Thanks for your message, and yes, please feel free to use the photo of your relative's marker for your personal use on Ancestry. Warm regards.

Permission is granted, and thank you for asking! No, I do not recall there being any other Osbornes next to Gail. I transcribed/photographed a large portion of the old Inglewood Mausoleum. Generally, if I find two of the same name next to each other, I will take a photo that shows both of them. I checked to see if I had a photo of a Ruth Osborne, and unfortunately, I do not.
That being said, there is always the possibility that she is in an unmarked crypt, or that she is in another part of the cemetery. I suggest you call the office and inquire, and if they say she is there, ask for the location, and I will get a photo for you.
