Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a retired Firefighter. Served four years with the U S Navy, 12 years with the Air National Guard.
I like finding old cemeteries. Small cemeteries I take pictures of all marked graves.
Most of the memorials I have posted are not related to me. If you see a family member, let me know and I will transfer them to you.
Anyone may use the pictures I take for there family tree.

RE: Mitchell B Childress
Thanks for the change of birth date on Mitchell's burial site but I guess you can change it back if you want. I am stopping my research on the Pauley family again. Later Angie

Mitchell B Childress
I think you need to make a correction on Find A Grave#47254758 Mitchell B Childress, according to headstone Mitchell was born 8/25/1883 and death was 9/26/1969 and fought in the Spanish American War.
Thank You Angie

Mother is Brady Pettry ID# 127549696

Her parents are in the Dickens Cemetery
Thank you

John Walton Jr.
Hi Bob I was wondering if you would connect John Walton Jr Find A Grave#49710648 to his father John Walton Sr. Find A Grave#127483539. Thank you Angie

RE: Ollie Asbury Stone
Thanks Bob. That is disturbing to me. Anyone who fought in any war, especially WWII, deserves a marker. I wonder if any organization would get the marker and do a military ceremony? Maybe the Veterans organization in Kanawha Co? I will look into it. If you know anyone involved in getting these markers for Veterans unmarked graves, it would certainly be a worthwhile thing to do.

Thank you so much for your efforts and research into this.

Hazel M "Slim" Hess
Hi there.
Say, you put a photo on Helen Hess's memorial and I just put in a request for her husband, Hazel M Hess. If you can would you take the request and copy your photo over to his?
Thanks, Bud

RE: Ollie Asbury Stone
Thanks Robert. I won't discourage you from trying again because I know how much you love tramping around those WV cemeteries. Wish I was there. christine
