All of my photos are copyrighted and may not be reproduced without permission and unless credit is given. As a professional photographer/photo restorer, and doing this long before the use of computers, I take issue with my work being taken. I do have the original negatives and slides and can prove ownership.

I hate having to do this but due to my photos being pirated for (and from) other sites, it is necessary. Therefore, from here on in, I am placing my copyright in a conspicuous place on the photos. I will sue for any infringements when found.

All of my memorials are family; either directly, collaterally, or by marriage.
