Bio Photo Born and raised in the Newfound area, I call Bristol, NH my hometown. I got interested in family history after the death of my father (miss you, Dad!) and embarked on my own ancestral journey at that point. It is a passion/addiction? I do not deny! It's fun, it's interesting and you just never know where it will take you.
We burn White Sage periodically to cleanse all energies, restore balance and offer up prayers to our Great Lord and Spirit. Every cemetery we visit is entered with honor, respect and peace.

Albert Baker #60108613
Friends, I have put in a photo request for the parents of Albert Baker who were Mark & Abigail Baker. His parents are buried in the same plot where Albert is at in Park Cemetery, Tilton, NH. If you are ever in this area again, please photograph his parents inscription on the large tombstone in this plot. I know Mark & Abigail Baker are in Park cemetery with Albert thru the writings of Mary Baker Eddy. Thanks for any help & your work in find a grave. Richard

Thanks for taking the photo's of the Cate family. By the picture, it looks like there are other family's buried in that cemetery. Did you happen to photograph them too? If so, would you be willing to upload them to Find A Grave so that this cemetery can be done.
Thanks so much!

I have a suggestion for you. I got this from another F.A.G. volunteer. Check with the office & see if you can use chalk on the stone. Sometimes it brings out the inscrtiption. I don't realy know if a color doesn't matter. She used blue chalk on very dark stone & it worked enough to make most of it out. I thought it was a good suggession so I'm passing it on. Any Rain or water will wash it off. Thanks for going the extra mile. I appreciate your efforts to help us out who can't travel that far anymore. Have a great week, & a safe & enjoyable 4th of July. Take care & God bless.

Re: Delacie O Laughy Jr.
Hi I just want to thank you for listing my uncle's memorial. Delacie was known as Buster by everyone who knew and loved him. I now manage the memorial of his wife Pauline Elizabeth Colby. Pauline divorced Buster and married Walter Nudd. She remained married to Walter, who is alive and well and living in Sanbornton, until her death after a lengthy battle with cancer. Pauline is buried in the Nudd Burial Ground in Sanbornton where at this time the only person buried.

If there is no closer relative who would like to manage his memorial or those of his family members in your care I would love to have them transferred to my care. My Find A Grave# is 48770243 .

Thanks Karey!

If there is a record of the inscription it should be noted on the memorial. I have been suggesting it to anyone who photos a very old marker in bad shape & is hard to read. Someone actualy there viewing the stone, would be the best person to copy the inscription & pass it on so it isn't completely lost to time. Thank you again for answering. Have a safe & enjoyable weekend coming up. Take care & God bless.

Hi! Team White Sage,
I have the pesky Genealogy Virus also, can't seem to shake it (smile). Thank you for posting the photo. You posted it back in May 2011. I can not make out the inscription. Do you happen(I'm hoping)to have a transcription of the inscription on this marker? I'd like to make a helpful suggestion. I have found that with the bad condition of some markers. It would be prudent of those taking the photos to make a note on as much of the trnasciption on the marker as possible & post it to the photo or memorial. That way it is preserved one one way or another. The photo posted in 2013 is totally unreadable. I also request, if there is no marker or it's unreadable, a location of the grave. What Section, Lot, Block, Row, Grave or Space numbers. It is one way to at least document the burial. Thank you for your time and any assistance your able to help with. Have a safe & enjoyable week. Take care & God bless.
