I grew up in Basehor, Kansas and now live in Leavenworth. In 2002 I retired from the Department of Justice after 20 years of service and I'm a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). My Dad, Charles E. Nance, was an Army veteran of WWI and WWII, and my Brother, Willard Nance, a veteran of WWII and Korea. I am so thankful and appreciative of our Military and love spending time in our National Cemeteries here in Leavenworth.
Any incorrect submissions were not done intentionally. I am NOT into "numbers", so if anyone would like transfers, please let me know by the "edit" tab and I would be more than happy to do that for you unless it is my "direct" family member or very close friend.
If you are asking for a transfer, please give me your member number. Please give me the memorial number if you are asking me about a memorial.
If the memorial already has a readable headstone photo on, PLEASE do not add another one as there is a limit of how many you can put on, unless it is sponsored. Much appreciated.

Thank you for creating the memorial site for my Aunt Lucille. I have added a picture of her today. She was a fun aunt and I have many fond memories of her.

Hello Ms. Joyce!
My goodness, I hope it's nothing too serious. But I understand about getting old. I'm not sure I ever told you I'm a laryngectomee...no voice box. And the heat & cold are my enemies. I've been working on the Mount St. Scholastica Cemetery but most days it's too hot. If there's a breeze, it's lovely over there. Just over the hill from my house. You take care of yourself. You come first. These cemeteries can take care of themselves. :) Thank you too for all the work you do. It's been appreciated!
Best in health to you,

Thank you for the transfer. I have everything I need. Also the 92 years sister of Victor in Memphis thanks you for the work you are doing. I am a cousin to Victor Ashmore.
Thanks again for your help
I love the new photo of you! Another good deed you do for others. I have a step father-in-law buried down there, so thank you for all you do for all of us!

I found my cousin's grave memorial, which you prepared and created. Thank for the service. May the Lord bless you for your service and all the good work you have provided for so many families and their decease love ones.
I made a request to link this memorial to his parents memorial in Memphis. Thank you.
If possible, I would like for you to transfer the memorial 139428257 to me so I can add family history and other information.
