Only in the last year or so have I become active in the history of my family. My Great Grandfather's sister Mary Elizabeth Dabbs Behen and her family lived out their lives in the Seattle area. I, too, lived almost 15 years in that area while working for The Boeing Company.

Now I'm trying to put family members in Find a Grave. The driving force behind my genealogical work were the many, many old photos I found of some family members and of many unidentified family and friends going back to 1800's.

I wouldn't be here without them and I want to honor and remember their lives.
