I acknowledge I live on the traditional lands of the Michif Piyii (Métis), Niitsítpiis-stahkoii ᖹᐟᒧᐧᐨᑯᐧ ᓴᐦᖾᐟ (Blackfoot / Niitsítapi ᖹᐟᒧᐧᒣᑯ), Ĩyãħé Nakón mąkóce (Stoney), and Očhéthi Šakówiŋ.

I am a member of the Closet Skeleton Genealogical Society, and have been doing genealogical research for over a 20 years.

If you have any questions, please contact me at
[email protected].

We are unfortunately only human, so if we have created a duplicate memorial in our excitement to uncover the past, please let us know.
And if we have posted a duplicate photo, there was probably a reason.

As I do also take pictures of surrounding stones while doing research, I am willing to take photos for grave sites and gravestones from Barrie to the Toronto area of Ontario, Canada.

We are willing to transfer familial memorials to their loved ones assuming they are of closer relation than any of our members.

I am not a Collector of Graves. It doesn't matter to me if I have 100000 memorials or 100. I'm in this to help others, not for personal glory.

The only ones I hold near and dear to my heart are my direct family lines. And my orphans (those that no one ever claims)
I will always happily transfer a memorial to you if the memorial is in your direct line, unless it's someone in my immediate family. :)

I also always try to post photo's with memorials. One of my peeves are those that just go out and take pictures of the front of the cemetery, transcribe cemetery records, and leave it at that. To my mind, one of the fantastic things about Find A Grave, is that it's a place for people to "visit" the graves of loved ones who aren't in their area.

A big thank you to all those who have been a help to me in my search over the years.
