RE: Photos for Irl and Anna Mae Fisher
I received this message from Carolyn Milner. Joyce,
Was browsing Find A Grave and found some one was appreciating a picture of Irl/Anna Fisher stone in Cunningham Memorial ??? Anna is not buried in Cunningham Memorial, even though her name is on the stone? They were a couple I became friends with soon as we moved back in 1970. They were members of Bethlehem, both were sweet, dear people. Seems like her middle name was Mae. Anyway, they had one son, Rondell, preacher in the St. Louis area (best I recall). She decided to go to Rondell’s and live for a little while and she becoming a resident of Missouri, would entitle her to live at the Baptist Home, Ironton, MO. for very little expense. I lost contact with her over the years. But I “bet” she was buried at that Baptist Home cemetery. Francis Fuller was kin to Mr. Fisher and the last contact I had was through her that Mrs. Fisher was wanting to be buried there instead of coming back to Cunningham. She was not from Carlisle, but Mr. Fisher was. Joyce, I am not telling you this for you to post, but just thought you might like to know this little tidbit.
