Currently President of the Old Du Quoin Cemetery Association. Retired coal miner and pastor of the Ava Missionary Baptist Church Ava, IL. As President of the Old Du Quoin Cemetery Association I have all of the cemetery records. I have also taken photographs of most if not all of the readable markers, have on file approximately 400 obituaries, and 200 photographs. I also have an account on ancestry.com that contains information not only on those buried in the cemetery but also many of their family members.
