Bio Photo I HAVE A BOOK OF ALL THE PEOPLE AT ALLIANCE CITY CEMETERY. FROM 1870 TO 1997. I KNOW THE ALLIANCE CEMETERY VERY WELL. MY GREAT GREAT GRANDFATHER IRA TULLIS STARTED THE MONUMENT BUSSINESS IN ALLIANCE IN THE 1870'S, MY GREAT GRANDFATHER ORRIN TULLIS AND MY GRANDFATHER LEROY TULLIS ALSO RAN THE BUSSINESS UNTIL THE 1970'S. I CAN REMEMBER GOING TO THE CEMETERY WITH MY GRANDFATHER ON THE BACK OF A TRAILER TO WATCH THE FOUNDATION AND MARKERS BE PUT INTO PLACE. I REALLY FIND IT INTERESTING AND HOPE I CAN HELP PEOPLE FIND WHOM THERE LOOKING FOR.

Thank You!
Thank you so much for the picture of my Great Grandfather's brothers gravestone. I sent out a request a while ago and was so pleasantly surprised to find you had fullfilled it. Thank you!

Thanks for Pic of Jane Watson gravestone
Thank very much for taking the time to take the picture of the Jane Watson (1815-1895) gravestone. She was my great-great-great grandmother. She came to US from Scotland in 1852/3 and moved to Ohio in 1864 after her husband was blinded in a Pennsylvania coal mine explosion. I hope to get up to Alliance someday soon - Blake Watson

Hi Dadi,

Thanks for the Jones grave photos. According to John's probate records he paid $200 to Ira Tullis for an obelisk monument. A cousin said it had a nice Welsh verse on it. Your pictures - thank you so much - only show the names. Am I to understand that an obelisk doesn't exist?

Thanks!

Sarah
