Hi, I've been researching my family from Cambria Co., PA and Brooklyn, NY on and off for over 25 years and I just love it. My first experience with cemeteries was finding a plot that had 15 family members buried in it. From then on I was hooked! I hope what I've found can help someone find theirs. Jack|

Funny... Maybe I should take up golfing. What an unproductive day yesterday. My wife keeps getting mad when I take the Mustang or the Toyota out to the cemeteries and come back with mud all over the sides, so I picked up a used Santa Fe. That'll teach her. Ha ha.

I did a good search of these three cemeteries and surprisingly, didn't find very many of the numerous outstanding requests which is odd, because some of them are newer burials (1950's, 60's and later). One was even in 2010.
One person in particular, Richard Patz #82125151- his obit states that services were held at St. Aloysius, but it doesn't state that he was actually buried there. He could have been cremated or buried at nearby St. Francis (less likely). Another was Wayne Weaver in the same cemetery who died in 2010. I know I've had to start wearing cheater glasses to read but I can't see how I missed so many memorials in these 3 cemeteries.
Anyhow, I'm not going to make any notes under "report problems" because perhaps someone else will have better luck. Plus, when other volunteers see a problem many times they won't read the problem, they'll just skip over it and not try to look for it.
As for the many infants you've submitted requests for based off of death certificates, the majority don't have headstones so I'm going to assume they're buried in an unmarked grave with their parents. So I'm going to do what I normally do and post a photo of the unmarked grave with the accompanying note.
Just thought I'd pass this along...

Check on your person you requested in J also. I have it totally photographed and uploaded. Unless I missed it it isn't marked. Ask if they both have headstones and let me know. I'll go back and look if they do.

Glad I could help out

Always a pleasure!

I've photographed the whole of section C so if Beulah Weakland doesn't have a picture, she doesn't have a stone.
|Brian J. Ensley||RE: Bedford County|
That's what IOOF means, but I wasn't aware that Bedford County had one. They may, I was just never aware of it.
|Albert Ledoux||RE: Forlina-St. Joseph's.|
Actually, I re-shot all of St. Joseph's, Coupon, with a better camera that eliminates the down-your-nose view of the tombstones. (This camera has a view-finder on a hinge that can be held waist-high). My intention was to replace all my earlier Coupon pics eventually, so by singling out the Forlinas, they end up beating out everyone else.

These 2 graves are unmarked. They are in a section that I have totally photographed. It has been verified that these graves are unmarked. Please see the bio section of the records.
