I live in Weeki Wachee Florida. I looked into the background of my mother's family as I wanted to join the Daughter's of the Revolutionary War. To my amazement, her family goes way back to when names were referred to as "John of Puttenham" (England). I cannot take credit because we had several historians in our family line that did the hard work of searching through all the records, mostly in England. They even had to take a break due to the war. After the war, they completed the work and one historian published his work. What an amazing thing they did for our family. I wonder if they knew how much I (I can only speak for myself) would appreciate all of that work they did. That started my interest in find a grave as I wanted pictures but could not take the time to travel to get them. Many thanks for having this great website!
