RE: Sarah Mickum at Rock Creek
I was at Rock Creek today and found the location of her parents' marker. It is in Section E, Lot 235.

If you search the online database the folks that are interred in that lot are:

Caleb Croswell interred 11/12/1906
Margaret Ogden interred 4/30/1875
John L. Ogden interred 4/30/1875
James L. Ogden interred 3/29/1932
Edith E. Ogden interred 1/8/1882
Annie S. Ogden interred 1/30/1932

The only inscriptions on the marker are for William (who I think may be mistakenly listed as John interred 4/30/1875 in the database) and Margaret.

As you can see - this database is less than perfect. I hoped I would have more information for you.

I'll update the memorials with the locations.

RE: Sarah Mickum at Rock Creek
Hi,

I would agree that RC's online database is not top notch! I did also try and use it to locate her parents' site so I could check the marker myself with no avail.

It is unfortunate that Jay did not leave a general location of the marker so I could search a section for their large and unique marker. Would it be possible for you to call RC and get the location?

The number is (202) 726-2080. They are usually pretty good about look-ups especially if you've explained that you have already tried to find the location using the online tool.

If for whatever reason you want me to remove the existing photo I can do that, just let me know.
