RE: Walker Family
Thank you for for note Ellie and for the compliments. John Walker, also a descendant, who lives in the Detroit area began collaborating on the Walker tree in 2001. He had obtained a good deal of info from the Borthwick Institute in York. Both of our ancestors, ROBERT WALKER who was born in Wilberfoss, Yorkshire in 1851 and my great grandfather,WILLIAM JOHN WALKER who was born in Wilberfoss, Yorkshire on 12 Feb 1854 were brothers and sons of JOHN WALKER and ELLEN SILVERSIDES. We shared information. My grandmother FLORENCE EVELYN [WALKER] STEPHENS came to the U.S.in 1911 with her husband and family; her brother WILLIAM JOHN WALKER Jr. joined them and they settled in Los Angeles. Since I began working on this I have found a number of Walker cousins in England and we have shared information and thus expanded the family tree.
Best Regards,
Ron Stephens

RE: Jalet family
Hi Ellie,
The Jalet family is related through my great-aunt. I researched the line for some cousins. Very interesting history!
What can I tell you?

Brunow
I added pictures of gravestones to a memorial page that you manage, James Brunow (107772286). I thought I would let you know in case this is a relative or someone that you're researching.

Brunow
I added a couple of gravestone pictures to two of the memorial pages that you manage. The pictures were taken in Section E of Saint Joseph Cemetery in Council Bluffs, IA.

John F Brunow (107771870)
Iva M Brunow (107771583)

I thought I'd let you know, in case these are your relatives or people that you're researching. I've also created pages, and uploaded gravestone pictures, for a few other Brunows in that cemetery that were buried next to John and Iva.
