|Brushbeater||Sarah ELLEN Warfel Isenberg|
Just wanted to say thank you for giving a try to finding and photographing the gravestone for my great grandmother, Ellen Isenberg. As coincidence would have it, I had the occasion to pass thru the Bellwood area and visited Logan Valley Cemetery. I was quickly able (if a bit lucky) to locate my great grandfather Peter Isenberg, but I couldn't find Ellen either. There was more than 20 years separation and a second marriage for Peter between their respective burials there, and I guess that's why they would not have been side by side. Ellen's death certificate confirms she was interred at Logan Valley, and the local contact for the cemetery assured me that a 1906 burial would have been somewhere in the three center sections of the cemetery. I looked at every stone in those sections and no Ellen. There were of course some stones that were simply illegible too.
Again, thank you so much for trying!
Thank you so much for getting the photo of Melda's gravesite. I have added her husband and have put in a request for him, so you can get credit fulfilling that one also. Thanks again!
